How it works
Sharing ideas with other parents and carers is a key part of the course. Discussions are based on real-life situations, and each session includes time to plan any changes you’d like to make in your parenting. Starting from week 2, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on how these changes are working at home and share your experiences.
