Safeguarding
At New Era, we are dedicated to safeguarding the welfare and wellbeing of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and we are committed to promoting safety and welfare in all our services. We expect all staff and volunteers to share in this important commitment.
Our goal is to reduce harm and enhance safety for those who access our services, as well as their families and the wider community, and our policies align with the Lancashire Safeguarding Children’s Board and Lancashire Safeguarding Adults Board.
We understand that for staff, volunteers, and service users to thrive in a safe and supportive environment, safeguarding must be embedded in our culture, values, and everyday practices. We are committed to collaborating with both statutory and voluntary partners to ensure safeguarding remains a top priority in all our service delivery.
