How to get help and support

Whether you’re looking to understand your emotions, find ways to improve your mental health and well-being, or support someone in need, we’re here to help. You are not alone.

Our Emotional Health and Wellbeing team supports both adults and children and young people from 5 – 18 yrs (24yrs with special educational needs)

If you live in and around Burnley – get in touch as we have a range of early intervention support. If we can’t help you directly, we can still help you find the right support.
