The First Aid at Work Requalification course is for those who need to renew their First Aid at Work certificate – to ensure they are up to date and compliant.
In order to be able to do the requalification course, you must send proof that your certificate is about to run out. It has to be done within a month of your existing certification end date having expired.
Course Overview
Course will revisit
- Assessing an emergency situation
- Providing First Aid to an unconscious casualty (including seizures)
- Cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Treating wounded or bleeding casualties
- Provide First Aid to a casualty in shock
- HSE accident reporting
- First Aid kits and cross infection

Qualification Outcomes
Your First Aid at Work certificate will remain valid for 3 years.
