Parenting Interventions
Our Parenting for Behaviour intervention is here to help you understand your child’s behaviour and learn practical ways to manage it.
Our Parenting for Anxiety - Helping Your Child with Fears and Worries program helps parents of children (ages 5-12) manage anxiety using CBT techniques.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll work one-on-one with a qualified professional to develop strategies that really make a difference. Whether in person or online, the sessions are tailored to fit your needs and schedule. With simple, evidence-based techniques, you'll feel more confident in handling challenging behaviours.
