Get the support and guidance you need—you’re never alone. New Era are here for you.

We can help:
Together we will find ways of helping you feel safe, and more able to cope with your feelings.
We can work with you alone or we can include your parent.
We work directly with young people, parents or sometimes we can all work altogether.

What happens next?
Once we know that you would like some help , one of our practitioners will speak to you about how we can support you. We will ask you about your difficulties and together we will make a plan about helping things get better for you.
Our time together will be about an hour and we will probably meet up 6-8 times – sometimes more, sometimes less – it’s really up to you.
We can meet at our centre- The Annexe , in school or online – whatever works best for you.
We can give you information and advice about what can help things to feel better and look at what works for you. Some young people like to draw and write, some talk, some like to play games or do some art. Sometimes we might do a bit of everything.
Talking isn’t always easy and help looks differently to each person. Together, we can make a change.
