5 sessions

This course brings parents together to build strong, positive relationships with their babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers through fun, play-based learning. Over 5 sessions, you’ll feel more confident navigating the early years and strengthen your parenting for the future.

Course Overview

How it works:

Each session offers a chance to chat with other parents, share ideas, and discuss real-life parenting situations. You’ll also have time to plan and reflect on any changes you’d like to make in your parenting. From week 2 onwards, you’ll check in on how things are going and make adjustments as needed.

What’s in the course?

This course explores the highs and lows of parenting, from the joys to the challenges. It covers how to build emotional security in children, strengthen the parent-child bond, and communicate effectively through active listening and positive responses.

We’ll explore the role of play in development, understand different parenting styles, and discuss how these influence interactions with your child. Key topics include setting boundaries, using routines and limited choices to reduce conflicts, and a toolkit for managing difficult behaviour.

We’ll also focus on how to meet your own needs as a parent and navigate family conflicts. The final session highlights the importance of “belonging” for children and how to nurture this through shared activities and family traditions.

I’ve never done anything like this before. Thank you so much for helping me, I had no-one to ask as I’m not seeing anyone. Can you believe we are all here talking – it’s like you are in my living room. Thank you and I cant wait for next week already.
