Tuesday 2nd June – Supporting your Child with Emotional Regulation

Join in to explore how to support your child with emotional regulation—understanding emotions, what they’re trying to tell us, and how to respond in helpful ways. We’ll cover what emotional regulation (and dysregulation) looks like, the fight/flight/freeze/flop response, the window of tolerance, and the factors that can impact how children manage big feelings.

Tuesday 30th June – Navigating Bereavement & Loss

Join in to explore how to support your child, we will talk about what bereavement is and how it can affect children. We’ll share simple ways to explain loss to young people and offer guidance on how to support them with their feelings in the weeks and months after a bereavement.

Tuesday 1st September – Understanding and managing your child’s Anxiety
Join us for a relaxed and supportive session focused on understanding anxiety in children and young people. We’ll explore what anxiety is, why it happens, and how it can show up in different ways—emotionally, physically, and behaviourally.
Tuesday 6th October – Understanding Childhood Phobias
Join in to explore how to support your child with fear and phobias. We will talk about what phobia is and how it can affect children. We’ll share simple ways to explain phobia to young people, and offer guidance on how to support them in working towards overcoming their fears.
Tuesday 3rd November  – Sleep Habits & Routines
Join in to gain a better understanding on children’s sleep, based on training from the The Sleep Charity. We’ll share practical tips, discuss common challenges and offer simple ideas to support healthy sleep routines along with time for questions and shared experiences.
Tuesday 1st December  – Protecting your child in the Digital World & Phone addiction
Join us to explore the realities of raising children in a digital world, where phones and screens are part of everyday life. This session looks at how screen use can impact sleep, behaviour and family relationships. We’ll offer practical, realistic strategies to set healthy boundaries, reduce conflict and model positive phone habits. We’ll also create space to share experiences and support one another in finding a balance that works for your family.
