Course FAQs
No not at all, some of our courses are online, some are face to face and the ‘Blended’ Courses are a combination of the two.
If you have not received your learning link and your course is less than three weeks away, please email Karen@neweraburnley.co.uk and it will be rectified.
We would suggest that you do it in smaller segments, rather than in one go (it will probably take about 4 hours – it does say it will take 6 hours, this is to allow you to revisit it and ensure that you have been able to understand the content). You do not need to complete it all in one go
The Blended Learning must be completed at least 2 days before you attend the practical session. This is to ensure the tutor has adequate to assess and mark this paper and that on successful completion she will be issued with your certificate.
Certificates will only be issued (to the person who booked/paid for the course) once full payment has been received and you have passed the blended learning along with attendance at the course.
Once you have booked your place and been registered with the awarding body it becomes increasingly difficult to change dates however please contact us to discuss as we will always do our best to meet your needs.
Please arrive by 8:45 am, courses are scheduled to commence at 9:00 am and finish at 4:30 pm. It is extremely important that participants arrive on time.
