We all know that you childminders out there do a FAB job – Nurturing and educating children and often supporting their families as well.
New Era Childminding Services (NCS) supports childminders through the good times and through those tougher times too. A group run by professionals for professionals with regular meetings, updates on working practise and a chance to network and share with other childminders.
NCS Members benefit from advice and support from our teams’ wealth of knowledge, skills and qualifications.

NCS members have an information and advice line for support. We provide regular network meetings to refresh, network, inform, support and receive relevant Ofsted updates. It’s also an opportunity to catch up with other childminder colleagues, with of course tea, coffee and cakes.
How to become a member?
The membership year runs from January to December and the fees are:
One annual payment of £75 which is payable upon receipt of an invoice.
A discount of 25% is offered on the membership fee for the second or further childminders working together or assistants at the same address.
Don’t forget, network members receive 10% discount on all New Era training.
DID YOU KNOW…. we have collectively over 60 years experience working as childminders, over 15 years experience of managing the New Era Nursery, experience of Early Years Ofsted Inspecting and we also set up, and ran the Burnley and District Childminder Network for 5 years which supported childminders across Burnley and Pendle.
Continious professional development updates are designed to meet the needs and interests of the group. Recent training includes: Safeguarding updates, Paediatric First Aid, Emergency Paediatric First Aid, Special Needs including ADHD & ASD and Parenting Courses.
